Refund policy
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@pottee.net.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Return and exchange for unused items in their complete original packaging are accepted within 30 days from the carrier delivery date. Items must be dropped off at the carrier within 7 days of return approval.
- Our product pricing includes outbound shipping only (non-refundable). Because returns are extremely rare, we do not build the cost of two-way shipping into the price of our products. Return shipping is only paid for when it is actually needed. This ensures that customers are not paying upfront for return shipping they are unlikely to need and keep the product prices as low as possible.
- Customer is responsible for ordering the correct litter box size for the animals, litter box behavior and their space
- Unused items returned with scratches and damages are not refundable
- Used or gently used items are non-refundable or exchangeable - health and safety.
- Damaged returned items due to improper and missing or incomplete packaging will not be refunded.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days from when we receive your return.
- Once the item is shipped order cannot be cancelled. Order will be processed as a return.
- Cancellation must be made in 24 hours of order placed.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, contact customerservice@pottee.net immediately. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
